One Vision Properties was established by Jim and Cheri Churray after many years in the residential construction, remodeling and rental industry.  Jim is a licensed contractor and certified project manager with over 25 years in the industry.  Cheri holds an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management and an Associate in Applied Science, Business Management and Organizational Development. Cheri also has over a decade in the rental property industry as an owner.  Our goal is to provide each client with high quality craftsmanship and quick, caring, dedicated service.  We can offer a fair cash price for your property, or help you bring your renovation dream to life!  Buying a new or newly renovated home is a big deal.
